Looking for OEM engine specs. Piston Pin Bore Diameter ext. 1989 3.9L

I have a 1989 Dakota 3.9L 300+ miles as a daily driver. Looking to give it a complete over haul, but I can not find the engine specs online. Does any one have any information on the vaule specs, camshaft specs, and piston specs? Trying to determine the diameters before sending the parts off to be machined.

    I can get the specs, but you need a machinist to measure and see what you actually need so they really don't matter.
