Body computer behind glove box is not orginal. Had a no bus show up in milages Gage on dash after setting for few years and and replaced engin. Mice had nest above computer , inspecet all wires under dash and rest of truck. Could not find one for RT but got one out of SLT v8 same year. No bus went away and gages started working. Some things don't work right like, dinger for lights on or key left in does not work, door lock dose not work, by button or remote, and break light flashes all the time even when shut off and keys are gone. Can I order a after market body computer. My question is will this solve all these problems. Seen one for aRT awhile back for $400. Thought this a little high. Been dealing with this problem for some time. What can I do?

There is no way to know what problems would be solved and what would still be there without testing and proving what is going on. A reman module would be a good first step, you really can't expect the known incorrect one and software to work correctly. As far as all of the other individual issues that remain after the module is replaced you are just going to have to pick one that you want to solve, find out exactly how it works and if there is a code set how the module tests to generate that code and then figure out how to test the same way that the module does. One that problem is addressed, repeat the process with the next symptom you want to make go away.
