on the dash my door open light won't go off--even when I cut the car off.

I don't know what could cause this problem, if anyone has any idea please let me know.

    The drivers door courtesy light switch can do it. Does the dome lamp operate normally or is there a concern with it too?

    Otherwise it "could be" an issue with the instrument cluster and it's going to take a technician with a professional level scan tool to prove and repair that.
