Crunchy brakes

Don't know how else to describe it, but my brakes work fine until I get to the bottom of the pedal then I get a crunchy feeling . Not grinding but more choppy. My abs and parking lights on my dash come and go so was thinking a ground problem in my ebcm, but this vibration in my brakes and brake pedal are new. Just got my brakes done in spring and everything looks good. Any ideas?

Check the rotors if they are warped or not. Also, try to bleed air out of your brake system.
