Power Running Boards

I own a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ which came with the power running boards. I am picking up an OEM set of fixed boards this weekend and I am curious if the mounting bolts needed to mount the new ones will be the same as the bolts currently on there now? The new set comes with the mounting brackets, but not the bolts. Thanks in advance!!
