Multiple Electrical Problems - Come and Go?

My 2010 Ranger Sport has multiple electrical issues. Every warning light the truck has comes on - sometimes. Airbags not working - warning light - sometimes. Signal flashers speed way up - sometimes. Heater blower only works on HIGH - sometimes. No fog lights, bulbs and fuse is good. No drive or reverse on auto transmission - sometimes, is this electrical? What the heck goes on here??!? This is my 3rd Ranger - the first 2 were great.
