P0888 - relay output always off

Receiving an intermittent P0888 - relay output always off in a 2005 Dodge Stratus SXT. Repair manuals say to check wiring between EATX relay and PCM/TCM. PCM/TCM has four connectors. How are they sequenced? ie which connector is C1? Any links to clearly described wiring diagrams is appreciated.
