Transmission won't shift out of 1st

I have a 05 Jeep liberty it will not shift out of first, I was told I needed anew transmission so I replaced it! So now with the new transmission it is still doing the same thing won't shift out of 1st. And the only codes I'm getting are abs codes C1020, C1035, C101F, and C1042. Any ideas on what my problem is.
