Electrical Issue?

My 00 zx2 SR for some reason is having some difficulties. The radio does not power on, heater, ac, and my low beam HIDs as well as my speedometer. Only thing that lights up on dash is the needles on gauges. Any help would be nice. FUSES ARE ALL GOOD
