Fuel problem please help
So ive posted before but i want to check back my truck shut down awhile back and we have been searching for the problem we have replaced the fuel pump and relay we have two fuses one fuse continues to blow the one closest to the relay. So ive check ed everything we ended up replacing the ecm because the computer had a blown compasitor. We then found melted wires from the rear tank to the front tank which was my ground and hot wires. We replaced those. I then traced all the wires back and have nothing that i can physically see. So i ran a wire from my ground on batt post and tested my pump plugs. On the front tank i have great gound meter shows 0.00 and on my hots i habe 12.49 v on both sender and pimp power. I then went to check my back tank. Grounds are good same as front but on my hots i have 12.49 volts on my sender power but 5v to my pump power. We replaced that wire just incase there wad a brake in it. We tried firing it over and it wants to start but wont and when it does fire over it will run for about 10 seconds and slowly die back off how can i test if my pump is pushing sufficient preassure without a gauge i may have to use one. But im stumped. Also as im turning key on and off and trying to start truck the wires at the fuel selction switch get hot. Where am i going wrong please help!!
