installing usb ports in the ceiling of the salon

I want to install two dashboard cameras. One next to rear-view mirror and one at the opposite end, at the top of rear window. I do not want to run the usb cable, the way it's usually done, by tucking it under the dashboard all the way to 12v receptacle. My idea is to have an usb port installed between front window and rear-view mirror and similar for the rear-window. I can then easily attach and power the cameras without having to run any cables.
My question is, what type of business would do this type of work?
