stalls at 45

I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma double cab with the v-6 engine and automatic transmission. It has been my baby and if there was a truck that was made for me, then this one has been it.
Now, she's trying to be a rebellious. At 45 -50 mph and has warmed up to operating temperature she stutters and stalls and I have to let off the accelerator and can only continue by mashing down real slow on the pedal. After 50 I can go on up.
I replaced fuel filter and everything I can think of, anyone have any ideas?
