On my wife’s 09 T&C I replaced the battery and the next day when she went to start it the starter will not disengage. The motor cranks and fires but will not start. I had the starter tested and there is nothing wrong with it so can anyone tell me what’s going on because i don’t know where to start looking

I have a 2010 Town and country that I just bought it works by work fine and then I went to go get in the morning it doesn't turn over or nothing and I check to see if there's any recalls on the ignition and they said it was but will that keep it from starting
