Truck will not go into reverse
I've got a new 2018 with 2,500 miles on it. Yesterday it would not go into reverse....shifter was in reverse but acted like it was in neutral. Forward gear o.k., stopped and started 6 times over 30 minutes and no go. Called dealer and arranged transport to dealer to service. While waiting, I remote started and reverse suddenly worked. Drove to dealer myself. Service writer told me since their was no error code there was nothing they could do until it happened again. Seems to me I'm not the only one this has happened to and there is a service bulletin out there somewhere.....computer chip issue? Terrible warranty service in my opinion. Irvine Calif Dealer
