Need help deciding between 3 cars

I have been stuck deciding which car I prefer. Each has a feature that the other may be missing and which i would really like.
Car 1 - 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport - Has remote start capability, heated/ventilated seats. Panoramic roof Best HP. Cheapest feeling interior

car 2 - 2019 Corolla Hatch XSE - Remote start, heated seats

Car 3 - 2019 Mazda 3 GT. Heated wheel, heated seats. HUD, Most premium interior,

Obviously the mazda 3 is not out yet, so I will need to drive first before making a final decision. But all of my thoughts on it are just from what we know so far, and how it looks.

So when looking at the comparison the main things that differ are ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, remote start. If the mazda had remote start it would hands down be my choice just because of how beautiful thje interior looks compared to the other 2. I do feel like that is a good thing to have though just can't decide if that is enough to sway my decision. Does anyone have any opinions, or experience with the 2 cars that are available now?

Get remote start added by the dealer as part of the negotiation. Problem solved.

How long are you planning to keep this car? If long term, like 8 or 10 years, then resale value won't matter. If you're planning on 3 or 4 years, then resale value should be a big part of your decision.

No bad choices; I prefer Mazdas, but you should just drive all three and select the one that YOU like.

I thought the interior of the Elantra was nice. And good seats, with the power adjust in that model. the 1.6T engine is really nice (quick, and excellent MPG).

but, as always, try them all and get what you like. The Toyota is likely to be slower (though I have not researched specifically which engine they have in that model)

if you are talking about the redesigned Mazda, don't expect much of the way in a deal on that. And from seeing it at the car show, it really looks to have zero visibility to the rear. Not very attractive IMO. But I thought that was coming out as a 2020?
