2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee radio/uconnect sometimes has delayed power up

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee radio/uconnect sometimes has delayed power up
Have done the disconnect battery, pull and reset fuse, updated software, but issue still occurs maybe 3 out of 10 times. Rest of the time powers up right away. Dealer does not seem to have any ideas.
Anyone else dealt with this?

    Just thinking out loud... could the delayed power up be due to updates processing? Just thinking about the extra time it will take for my laptop or desktop to reboot and finish installing updates. Or maybe related to the state it was in when you shut down?
