No power was coming out of the PCM. Replaced the PCM and the truck runs mint but I still have no bus light on the dash....HELP!!!!

*UPDATE* I checked all sensors then reseated all 3 harnesses into ecm and everything works. I believe it was a loose connection from harness to ecm. All clips are broke from age so a lil super glue shpuld work

I would advise against super gluing the connectors.

Using a DVOM (digital volt/ohmmeter) what voltage do you measure at pin 38 of connector #1 Violet/White wire at the PCM? Switching to frequency what do you see?

Compare those measurements to Pin 2 of the data link connector.
