    How about the sunroof drains?

If it fits the pattern there are two at the front that go down the A-pillars and go through the floor to drain under the car. Those sometimes get blocked. Or sometimes pull or separate and let water drain above the floor level inside the car.

The two for the back drains to down the C-pillars. Also you could have a rust problem around the rear glass.

But the dome light getting water sounds like a blocked sunroof drain pipe.

Mitigation is to determine problem. Take out carpeting for rear and seats and sun dry. Or at least air dry. Then personally I'd treat with a mold repellant that is sprayed on. I use one that I get at Lowes. They have a version to spray indoors and a version that is for weekly use inside showers.

Except for the dome light symptom, I'd suggest the water barriers inside the doors may not be sealed to force water to the drain holes--especially if any kind of work has required the door panels be removed. The heavy plastic needs the gooey sealer refreshed to get a good seal. Otherwise water can come in and drain onto the door sill and run under the carpet unnoticed.

    Good luck.
