Fuel Filling Issues

I have a 2019 Chevy Colorado. New from the factory I have had problems filling the tank to capacity. 12 to 16 gallons is the most I can get before the pump prohibits filling it more. I can sneak 6 plus gallons more in but takes extra time (slow). I see others with the same issue. I have taken it to the dealership and was told by them "its as it should be, In Tolerance" their words.

I have a 4 month old truck that never worked right. I have a factory that says it works fine and is the fuel providers fault. I have had issues AT ALL PUMPS, multiple stations, fuels, states (California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming). I also have co-workers driving 2018 Colorado experiencing the same problem.

Has anyone had success getting GM/Chevy to take responsibility for this? If so what steps did you take?

A less then impressed chevy driver.
