Cold Start Engine Rattle/knock 2018 rogue with 7000 miles

I bought this rouge new with 4 miles on it after owning it for 2 months the engine has developed a Cold Start Engine Rattle/knock on the passenger side. Been to the dealer several times and they have tighten and move the heat shields around and it did not fix the problem. The noise only would happen if the engine sat for 6 hours. Now it does it after 1 hour. The Nissan tech from Nissan corporate took a listen to it on 03-14-19 as well as the service manager and the service manager assistant. I could tell from the look on the face of the Nissan corporate tech that it was not normal as i was told by the dealer and the Nissan customer service and Nissan corporate engineers. I had ask Nissan to give me in writing that the noise was normal and they refused. He mentioned that the variable valve timing system makes noise and that the variable valve timing system was for fuel economy and emission. He asked it any one had me listen to another rogue. I replied that no one had offered. We went to another rogue and when it was started it made more noise than mine. After doing Research on variable valve timing system, I come to find out that Toyota had the same noise and they came out with a technical service bulletin and a repair. I Believe that Nissan knows about the problem and has just not come up with a repair so they are saying it is normal. I"ve attached a video from you tube on a Toyota and my engine makes the same exact noise for the same short period of time as in the video Does anyone know if there is a recall or a tsb on this problem? .
