Any advice???? Electrical problems

I replaced the battery in my sons car just before winter and then lost his priveliges ro drive so it sat most of the winter and he wasnt starting it occasionally like he was told either.! Then couldnt get it jumped due to the fact 5 of the major relays are missing outof the fuse box!!! We have a few other junk cars near by, so im kinda curious if i could steal parts off any of them.what kind of vehicles would be compatible??
