will not turn over
Recently accidentally nicked wiring harness behind dash and then it would not turn over. Fixed all nicked wires and still nothing. If I jumper across contacts on start relay starter kicks in and motor turns over. Removed ECM (no faults on it) and sent to repair shop who tested and said all is ok with it. I jumpered across clutch switch and still nothing. When i turn key to start something turns on under hood but cannot tell what, this tells me ignition switch is probably ok. What else can cause the car to be in apparent shut down mode????
