Ignition Help!

I had to put a new ignition in my 2007 Honda CR-v yesterday, But when I went to start my car it started right up but then died a few seconds later. Now the green key indicator keeps blinking in my dashboard. I guess it has to do with the chip in the key & the alarm. Does anybody know how to program it? For that matter bypass it, I just really need my car running again.
