What is the vehicle doing? Looks like you tried to type everything in the title and the character limit for titles cut off some information

Oops,  it died after 2 miles driving,  guages went crazy,  then dead,  jeep shutdown.... It has the same problem I had b4 having locksmith reprogram my key.   Is it the PCM,  should it be replaced

It needs to be diagnosed, which means follow a proper routine during the failure. FWIW the key can shut the vehicle down in the first couple of seconds immediately after start, or prevent the engine from starting but not after that. Once the car has run more than about five seconds the theft deterrent is blocked from disabling the vehicle.
