Running Hot

Help! I deliver mail on my RHD 1991 Jeep Cherokee. My Jeep tends to run hot quickly after continuously stopping after putting a new fan stroud, took the thermostat out and electrical fan on. What else could be wrong or need to be replaced? It has water and coolant....
