99 gmc jimmy 4x4 not working properley

i have a 99 gmc jimmy slt 4x4 4 button my 4x4 was not working so i replaced the vac hoses and the tvac switch on the fire wall it seams to work but i noticed that when i swithed to 4x4 only the only the the rear wheels and the front driver side tire turn any help would be apriciated

    Possibly a transfer case problem? Do you see any fluid leaks anywhere?
