Could be a vacuum leak and the vent doors inside the dash aren't opening all the way. Does it sound lik ethe blower fan is blowing at high speed? Do you get different fan speeds low to high?
Does it blow with full volume when on defrost? Or on Heat? As opposed to air being directed through the dash vents? Use the air flow against your hand to judge whether the flow is sufficient in each mode at the windshield, on the floor, and at the vents.
Does the air flow change when you move the temperature control from hot to cold and vice-versa?
What about when you press the recirculate button?
Are you getting 3 speeds on your blower?
Have you checked the cabin air filter? I don't know if it has the air going through it on recirculate.
