I'm going to be buying out my car and it has 45k miles on it. I was told It's not eligible for Honda Care. Can anyone suggestion a good warranty company for my car? Thanks.

Edit: I just found this and I live in NY. So does this mean all this stuff I'm covered for 15 years or 150k miles? Thinking I shouln't even buy warranty.
