U-joint replacement

I have a 2007 Suzuki XL7 AWD that needs the rear U joint replaced. This driveshaft is a two piece unit. I cannot find any part numbers for this from any manufacturer. Does anyone know who makes it and what the part number is. They list years up to 2006 but not 2007 and going forward.

    Your Suzuki isn't the only car out there that you can't find replacement U-joints for. A number of Subaru driveshafts are listed as "not serviceable" with replacement of the shaft the only way to address a U-joint issue.
