My 2003 Chevy s10 sounds like a lawn mower

Everytime time I’ve tried to start it it bogs and have to give it gas to keep it going and sounds like a lawn mower and shakes

    Have to give it gas and it's shaking sounds like one or more cylinders are misfiring
