2019 Toyota Avalon small bracket for under shield

There is a small bracket that has a screw on each end and it goes into the under shield on the front of my car. One plastic end has broken off. I am wondering what this part is called so I can call the Toyota dealership and ask if they have one in stock. I tried to post a picture, but I couldn't figure out how.

Any help with the part name is appreciated.
