Isuzu Ascender Whine

If I get an answer here I'll be so grateful, but it's something maybe only an Ascender owner would know. I have both a 2005 and 2006 owned from new and its convenient to troubleshoot sometimes owning both. But here's my problem. If you own one you know that when cold the car will "whine" heavy for about 100 yards before it "settles down". My 2005 does it , but all of a sudden the whine doesn't go away. It shifts through ok and once it's cruising its hard to tell the whine but when stopping and accelerating again it's still there. Any ideas?

Also, anyone have any idea where to find a rear bumper cover for the 2005? Thanks!
