Trans issue

I just had my transmission serviced at 56,000 miles, it was working just fine then after the servic it wants to lunge forward at an idol when put in drive. It also does it when in reverse. Driving down the road no issues at all, it shifts fine and has plenty of power. litrally my only issue is in drive at an idol. any help would be great appreciated.
