We just bought a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman S.
Can we retrofit it with the Mini connect and how much does it approx. cost?
Thank you

Just a guess, but even if it could be done, I'd wager it would be more expensive than you'd want to pay. It's definitely not going to be as simple as changing a radio. You'd need all the connections and sensors that would let you do all the things that MINI Connect does. It would probably involve taking apart more of the car than you might think.
As an example, about 9 years ago I bought a car that had power door locks, but didn't have a remote fob, you had to unlock the car with the key, so I asked if that could be added, and as I recall, I was told it would probably be $750-$1000 because of all the components that would need to be added and the labor involved.
