Can I get the residual, MF, and any incentives for the 2019 Corolla Hatchback XSE automatic? 10k/24 mo

SF area zip 94014

Also, can you mention whats the average Selling price or the Cap Cost for the car? I am getting quotes around 21500 for an XLE, can I negotiate below that?
