Flat towing?

I plan to tow my 1999 Tracker to trailheads and need to know if it is ok to flat tow. It is 4X4 5 speed auto hubs. I have the owners manual but it is worthless. It only mentions using propper equipment and no passengers when towing. I would like to flat tow if possible
