Unexplainable issues

Would anybody know what this issue with be
my vehicle 2000 Ford 250- Heavy Duty 6.8L
so all of the following happened at the same time.... no signal lights, ABS light came one, Speed meter didnt work anymore
and overdrive shifter didnt work
