I have a 2014 Chevy sonic and sometimes while driving it will start to jerk around real hard like its not shifting or something, check engine comes on for a few mins and when it stops it goes off, sometimes it will act like its trying to die when i push the gas, its giving codes P0700 and P182E, what can this be. and how can i fix it, thank you

The internal mode switch in the transmission tells the transmission control module what gear has been selected. When this code is setting the control module is seeing invalid information from that switch assembly. The problem "could be" any one of the four switches or circuits that make up the mode switch or the transmission computer and someone is going to have to test and prove what is going on. The biggest concern is when this happens the transmission goes into limp in mode, which is what you are describing as the symptom.
