What is wrong with my heat?

Hello, I have a 2005 chevy impala. And the heat doesnt work on the passenger side it just blows out cold air. But the drivers side blows out hot air just fine. What is wrong with the heat on my passenger side in my car.

    The temperature blend door operation in the plenum assembly is the first thing that needs to be tested/inspected when you don't have heat on one side of the dash.

    And where do I find the blend door operation in the plenum assembly? And is it an easy do it yourself job?
