Immobilizer on wont let fob turn off car

My daughter is stuck at home. Her car is a 2012 Sonata limited. The engine start button has a red light that lights up when she turns off the car. An alarm chime kicks in when she gets out of the car. none of the lights go off but the engine will stop when the start/stop button is pushed but nothing else turns off. the dash message keep saying put the car in park when it already is.

    the engine immobilizor is activated and will not reset. FOB battery has been changed still same thing

    First step is to pull codes from every module on the car. Can you get someone to do that and post them?
