windshield - '91 Sable

I have a 1991 Mercury sable GS station Wagon and I am looking for a windsheild .I have been told that a windshield from a 84-96 Sable or Tauras would interchange with my car is this true .Can it be a regular car or does it have to be a station wagon to interchange
