Restart vehicle, they come back on.. has happened 2 times now... anyone know what it is?

Could be a number of things. Could be a short/power issue somewhere along the line. The cluster itself could be going. Electrical connectors working loose. Going to have to start eliminating possibilities to narrow it down. I'd start with checking that you you have power where you're supposed to.
