My 2017 Ram 2500 SLT 4wd 6.7 cummins will not start when key turned to start?

My truck will not start when the key is turned to start but I get a click from the starter. I have replaced the starter and starter relay and still get just a click. but I can start it by pulling the starter relay and using a jumper wire but I don't want to keep doing that. Anyone have a clue on what I might be looking to do next?

Well, first thing I think of when you get a click when you turn the key is weak battery. Might be that going direct with the jumper wire the battery has just enough juice? Given that it's a 2017, the battery isn't extremely likely, but it's easy enough to check. That, and all the other standard stuff I'd look at first... clean the terminals, check wires and connection, etc.
