Raditor fan starts late and Keeps overheating

I have 2008 chrysler town and country 3.8L . The raditor fan starts late and Keeps overheating. I changed the resistor and fixed some leaks, but still I the raditor fan starts late and Keeps overheating.

I need your help to fix that issue .

    I'd look at the thermostat if the fan isn't starting before things get too hot

    I have already changed the thermostat. The fan starts when gauge exceed the half.
