Loss of power at radio
My son has a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and his stock radio stopped working. So we got him a new stereo (a pioneer), and had it installed.. it worked fine at first... no problems, then it started acting up.. shutting off periodically.. and now he gets no power to it at all.. wont do anything. We took his car back into the person who installed it (Best Buy) and he did some checking around on it... apparently right before the radio, it should be drawing 12 volts, and it's only drawing 5 volts, so not enough power getting into the radio to power it up... stereo and module checked out fine... fuses check out good...
