Radio shut off

I have a 98 Lincoln navigator has anyone had this problem? When the vehicle is running the radio shut off but if i turn the key in the acel position works just fine

Is there anything else that stops working in the run position, but works in accessory? Has anyone pulled codes for all of the vehicle modules?
