Not a lot of information to go on for us. Out of curiosity since the term "heavy rotor" sound is not very specific, what do you hear when it's running and you take off the oil filler cap? And do you notice a lot of vacuum being sucked in there?
If there's a definite vacuum being drawn in through the oil filler area, I'd guess your problem is an o-ring on the PCV is missing--there are supposed to be two. People often miss the second one needed to seal, so vacuum is being pulled past the body of the PCV and can make a definite sound.
Hope this is the problem because it's an easy fix!
