Is the lagging accelerator pedal fixed for the 2020 Camry?

There have been numerous posts of owners complaining about the unresponsive/non-linear throttle response in the 2018 and 2019 Camry 4-cylinder models. Is there any information or data out there suggesting that Toyota reprogrammed the drive-by-wire software to correct this issue for the 2020 models?
