I have changed everything from thermostat 3 times waterpump aux waterpump everything i even had my heads checked not cracked my truck runs hot when driving but when at idle i don't run hot when i drive temp gauge goes up but as soon as i stop and park it goes back to normal temp what is my problem need help asap

No one is going to just know what is wrong, but there is something that will need to be investigated and ruled in or out and that is errosion of the front timing cover where the water pump is mounted.
