Regarding an 05 Chevy Tahoe Driver side Windows do not go down

I had the circuit breaker replaced the other day so the power windows on the driver side can go up and down but it went out again. Can you tell me what might be causing the circuit breaker to get hot and burn out? Thank you

    Well the obvious answer is too much current will burn out the breaker. So first thing, is it the proper breaker? I would assume that it is. Could be an electrical issue/short that's getting too much juice to the breaker and frying it. Might also be a mechanical issue with the window/mechanism that causing enough of an extra load to cook the breaker.
